Vinnie is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional with a history in financial services dating back to 1988. He is a 2023 Five Star Wealth Manager[1] award winner with recognition on the pages of New Jersey Monthly magazine, The Wall Street Journal, and Fortune magazine. He has served in the areas of mortgage lending, private banking, investment planning, retirement planning, and of course, financial planning for Citibank, First Union (now Wells Fargo), and Merrill Lynch. His private practice is aligned with LPL Financial, the nation’s leading broker-dealer for independent financial planners (as reported by Financial Planning magazine, June 1996-2022, based on total revenue), allowing him to bring his clients a vast offering of financial strategies and knowledgeable, personalized, independent advice. Vinnie helps individuals, their families, and their businesses at all stages of planning make smart decisions about their money. For retirees, he specializes in conservative income strategies designed to provide them with the income they need to enjoy a long and fruitful retirement. He is a member of the National Association of Charitable Gift Planners and the New Jersey Council of Charitable Gift Planners and is regarded as a go-to advisor to nonprofits and patrons in the use of gift planning strategies.
Vinnie’s community service record is extensive. He is a Past-President of the prestigious and influential Monmouth-Ocean Development Council, where he won the 2000 Silver Gull Service Award. He has served on the Education Advisory Council for the Diocese of Trenton and was the founding Chairman of the Foundation for Student Achievement at the Diocese. At St. Peter’s Parish in Point Pleasant Beach, he is Chairman of the Stewardship Ministry Council, Immediate Past-Chairman of the Finance Council, served on the School Advisory Board and Capital Campaign Leadership Committee, is a Lector at Sunday mass, and was the founding Chairman of the Parish Pastoral Council. He and his wife were Pre-Cana counselors at the parish for several years. Vinnie was a Board member and Vice-Chairman of Development for the American Red Cross-Jersey Coast Chapter, and was also an Advisory Board member of the Academy of Finance at Manasquan High. He has coached Pop Warner Football, Little League Baseball, and Intramural Basketball in his community.
Vinnie graduated from UCLA in 1981. He and his wife have been married for 37 years and have four children and two grandchildren.
